1 week before the race.
6km, 20+ obstacles, its considerably an easier race compared to the 13km that i did last year. the personal objective to do all the obstacles on my own and finish the race as fast as i can. last time i did a continuous run in the gym, it gauge 5.5km, so i’m hoping that i could finish the race in 2hrs or 2.5hrs max. if i have a favorable results, then i’ll consider advancing to the next category.

nakakita na ako ng nanganganak na pusa at nanganganak na aso, pero unang beses ko makakita ng nanganganak na baka. hindi ko alam na nanganganak na pala, hindi man lang umatungal, nagulat na lang ako na biglang lumabas sa pwerta ang anak. mga ilang segundo lang matapos iluwal, tumayo na ang anak, luminga-linga at nagsimulang maglakad.
